After reviewing each person's profile, we do our best to match people with similar interests while maintaining a balance of different personality types at the table. Our goal is to curate the experience so it is as comfortable as it is enriching.

Our dining groups generally have an even number ratio of three men and three women at a table, although this can vary. We usually stay within a maximum 10-year age range for our dining groups. Our average age is between 35 and 40.

Generally, table size is for 6 people but on occasion varies from four up to eight people based on sign-ups and last-minute cancellations.

We take pride in curating a diverse selection of local, high-quality, well-reviewed restaurants that cater to various tastes and preferences. For dietary restrictions, please note them in the 'Comments' section of the questionnaire.

Each person is responsible for their own bill.

The deadline for signing up for Wednesday night's 7 p.m. dinner is Monday at 11:59 p.m. the same week. The deadline to cancel for a full refund is 48 hours before dinner (Monday at 6:59 p.m.).
